- 9 kcal better, no obvious signs of terrible misfolds, and only reaches 80-ish
- the 2 supposedly stronger designs (free-energy-wise) both fail for the same reason (a stack apparently failed to form), but not at the same spot, and although there is no fundamental differences between the considered stacks (in one case, they are strictly identical, in the other case, the barcode, they are very similar in content, 4-5 GC pairs with 2 of them used as closing ones)
