1. Go to the puzzlemaker, and paste this structure notation:

2. Stabilize it

 

3. Paste this other structure notation:

4. Stabilize it, without touching the nucleotides you placed in step 2

 

5. Copy your sequence, and go to the lab itself

 

6. Paste the sequence

 

7. Go to natural mode

 

8. Fix the design (barcode, long stretches of A, etc)

 

9. Submit
