From Eterna Wiki

I'm pretty sure you all saw and read the latest dev blog published on the EteRNA website. Besides some thrilling news, there is mention of a very interesting site: the RNA 3D hub.

Exploring the long list of 3D motifs, I stumbled upon one titled "Bacterial 5S rRNA Loop E". Does it look familiar to you? It did to me... Turns out, it's the "crazy stack"!

For one, it's nice to finally have a proper name for that loop. But additionally, there's a list of sequence variants. Awesome! So, apparently, the sequence AAUGAUA-AAAAGUC would work exactly the same.

The list of variants is short though, so I'm planning on testing that main variant, along with some "hybrids". Stay tuned.
