Elves: saili, it looks like there is a great guide to solving in the puzzle description unless i am confused [12:19 AM]
Elves: "Starting off, we would like to leave base 10 yellow and set base 9 to red. This will boost the bound shape, but not the unbound shape. [12:19 AM]
Elves: Fill in the bases that this pair run requires. For example, base 9 is red, so base 15 must be blue or green. In order keep the energy in the unbound shape low, we choose blue for base 15. Base 7 should then... [12:19 AM]

Elves: saili do you know about pressing spacebar to see the natural state of the RNA? [12:54 AM]
Elves: it will show you where the molecule is unfolding or mismatching [12:54 AM]
Elves: and that helps you narrow down which bases or pairs to start mutating [12:54 AM]

Elves: looks like our only hint is to practice with small switches, so I think where I would start is mutating the bases that are mismatching [12:55 AM]
