You mention on Mimic 2: GUAGUA--GAAAC that "It would seem that the potential for misfolds, and specially the interactions with the 3' tail are probably going to make this mimic fail, possibly spectacularly so."

I don't instantly see that from the plot.

Is that because the solid indications in B,60-(16,52) to C,50-(21,57) have vanished, or because of those shadowy triplets that appear around L,20-(117,26)?
