My interest in Mobile Application:
From time to time during my career, I have had the opportunity to develop mobile application: Windows, Android and iOS.
My interest in EtaRNA on Mobile Devices:
I would love to see (develop) some mobile applications that would enable me to play with RNA on the go.
Project Ideas:
- Given a nucliotide string, give me a list of possible bindings in reverse order.
- A method of encoding a string nucliotides such that they can be rendered in a QR code.
- Given a puzzles structure, a Basic Robot which takes care of the mindless clicking.
