LFP6: All right, time for our weekly Eternacon organization meeting! [8:04 PM]
LFP6: First off, an update. I have gotten the emails sent out for the reminder about registration as well as session confirmation [8:05 PM]
LFP6: We currently have 11 people registered [8:05 PM]
LFP6: I've gotten some mixed results with session confirmation though [8:06 PM]

rhiju: as some of you know he has done most of the new graphics and video for eterna in recent times [8:11 PM]
rhiju: including the open CRISPR logos, banners, etc.! [8:11 PM]
rhiju: so could i ask people to fill him in on current plans (or lack of plans) for: t-shirts, badges, etc. for eternacon [8:12 PM]
rhiju: as i think he can help out [8:12 PM]
rhiju: another thing is that my lab's admin is helping out with hotels and room bookings for the con [8:12 PM]

LFP6: She said LKS catering is expensive, and wanted to know if there was somewhere else we could order lunch from (ie, bagged lunch) [8:19 PM]
