Canonical bond

Canonical bonds are those formed between base pairs as described by Watson and Crick: AU bonds, GC bonds, and GU bonds. Other bonds are not displayed directly in the EteRNA model, and some are instead factored into the free energy reported. These are termed noncanonical bonds.
